STITCHmaster Operation Described
- Gathered papers, pads or book sections are manually fed into the STITCHmaster in open form before folding.
- The length of book, number of stitches required and the exact distance between stitches is programmed into the touch screen panel. (Up to 20 Programmes can be stored and retrieved)
- The gripper jaw takes the papers/pad/book and to the exact positions for stitching, as per the programme set above. The stitches are perfectly finished by exact placement and by pre-defined micro-pauses allowing for the stitcher head to complete its function as per its specification. Up to 24 stitches can be one placed in each pad or book section.
- The stitched pads or books are then carried forward for further processing with another integated modular machine (such as TAPEmaster or FOLDmaster) or manually handling.
