TAPEmaster Operation Described
Pads and Books are automatically fed into the machine horizontally.
Tape (Binding Cloth) in roll form, is glued and perfectly applied to the book spine.
The continuous tape is cut by a pneumatic cutter, to separate the books.
Any kinds of spines like, Section sewn, Centre sewn, Pads, Diaries, can be perfectly taped in this unique machine with complete finishing.
The delivered book does not need any manual touch or finishing.
The tape is dry after application

STITCHmaster effortlessly and efficiently, consistently stitches each pad exactly as designed. This version of STITCHmaster - M19 Single can stitch a pad to a maximum thickness of 20mm.
STITCHmaster - M30 Single is a Programmable Pad Stitcher, for heavy duty wire side stitching with a single stitcher head. STITCHmaster effortlessly and efficiently, consistently stitches each pad exactly as designed. This version of STITCHmaster - M30 Single can stitch a pad to a maximum thickness of 30mm.
